Apache Answer still isn’t sending activation emails. How can I troubleshoot?

Google app specific password seems to only work with the primary email address of a user not a secondary email address (in this case from a secondary domain setup in Google Workspace).

However, if a user (e.g. [email protected]) has an alias setup for them (e.g. [email protected]) and the alias is fully configured for sending then you can configure Apache Answer like this:

When Apache Answer sends an email with this configuration, it appears to cleanly come from [email protected]. Even when I inspect the original (raw) email it doesn't contain [email protected] anywhere.
